Partnership Awards

Alberta Aboriginal Relations works in collaboration with other organizations in Alberta to offer award programs that recognize excellence in Aboriginal enterprise and partnership development. Two of these awards are featured.

Aboriginal Woman Entrepreneur Award of Distinction

The Aboriginal Woman Entrepreneur Award of Distinction recognizes outstanding achievement by Aboriginal women entrepreneurs. This award is presented annually by Aboriginal Relations during the Alberta Chambers of Commerce Alberta Business Awards of Distinction gala.

Aboriginal Rewarding Partnerships Award

The Rewarding Partnerships Award is an industry recognition program created to celebrate and recognize companies and Aboriginal partners that have demonstrated excellence in innovation, best practices in Aboriginal programs, sustainability and capacity building. The long-term goal is to build relationships and enhance the capacity of Aboriginal businesses and communities.

The award is presented annually by Aboriginal Relations during the Alberta Chamber of Resources Annual Awards Banquet.
